On this page you will find all the information regarding the shipping and tracking of your package. If you have anymore questions, please contact us. 

 

I have not received a shipping confirmation, how do I resolve this?

These may be blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program. We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you cannot find a solution, please contact our customer service, we will gladly help you further.

 

Delivery options

You can have your order delivered:

- at your home or at work location.

- at a pick-up location of your choice.

Track your order:

After your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a PostNL Track & Trace code.
Your order is taken by PostNL to a PostNL sorting center.
Your order will be scanned by PostNL.
After this scan your Track & Trace code will be activated and you can track your order online on the PostNL website.


I was not at home when the delivery person came by, what now?

The PostNL delivery person offers the order to the delivery address. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification from PostNL. You can then choose from three options on the PostNL website:

Make a new delivery appointment
Have the order delivered to your neighbors
Or have the order delivered to a PostNL point
Please note, you must indicate the desired option on the PostNL website before 10 p.m. on the day of the first delivery attempt.

If you do not use the options mentioned, your order will be offered again the next delivery day. If you cannot receive the order again, the order will be taken to a PostNL point where you can pick it up for 3 weeks before it is sent back to Inkari.

RETURNS - GENERAL INFORMATION

How do I return a product?

1. You have the right to exchange or return the ordered products for 14 days.

2. Pack the product in the original packaging. The product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.

3. Enter the reason for your return and add it to the package. Always state the order number / invoice number.

4. Send the return package with sufficient postage to the following address:

Packages that are insufficiently stamped will not be accepted.

5. Request a proof of shipment with track-and-trace code. This allows you to track the shipment yourself online. If you notice that the order has not arrived at our distribution center after two weeks, please contact customer service.

6. Receive your order value credited to your bank account within 7 working days after we have received the returned product package. 

 

EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Do you want to exchange the product for a different size or color? No problem! However, Inkari is not responsible for delivery costs incurred to return the product. Inkari does pay the delivery costs for the delivery of the new product. Incidentally, it is also possible to deliver the package / product to our locations address.

You have up to 14 days after delivery to return a product. If you want to exchange an item, you can indicate this on the return form. Always state the product name and the desired size. It is advisable to first check via the website whether the product is still in stock. The product will be sent once the return shipment has been received.


REIMBURSEMENT

Credit or Debit card: it depends on your card company when the money is credited back to your account.
A refund to your bank or PayPal account will be done within 7 days after receiving the package by Inkari, it depends on your bank or PayPal account (immediately) when the reversal will be on your account.
