How can I track my package?

Track your package live on our Track Your Package Page with the most up-to-date information regarding your parcel. Use your Order Number and E-Mail to receive your tracking.

how do international covid19-safety measurements affect my package?

Safety measurements are country-specific and can account for extra delays that are beyond our control. Allow for the possibility of multiple working days extra occurring for EU orders and an indefinite amount for US orders*.

Please note: parcels experiencing Covid19-delays can be cancelled or reimbursed only after having arrived or being labeled as 'lost' by our postal carrier. This can take multiple weeks.

What Shipping Methods Does Inkari Use?

Inkari works together with internationally renowned carrier PostNL; national and international orders are shipped to you lightning fast and cheap. If you want to read more about PostNL, click here.

what are my shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated dependent on the order destination and the total order amount. For all information on Shipping visit Shipping Information - Time, Tracking & Cost. Specific shipping prices are calculated at check-out.

Free shipping is available for orders above €50 (NL), €75 (EU), and €100 (WORLD).

How long does shipping take?

why is customs holding my package?

Local customs are allowed to hold packages up to 30 days. When this occurs, Inkari can't be responsible for these delays. We do however keep a close watch on these packages and communicate up-to-date changes in parcel tracking through Tracking Your Package.

How do i clean my alpaca?

my product 'broke down', what now?

Contact our customer service by sending an email to support@inkari-alpaca.com in which you state your order number, full name, and explanation of your 'error'. Always add pictures for a more swift solution!

PAYMENTS

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

A multitude of payment methods is accepted by Inkari: internationally renowned credit card companies, PayPal, AfterPay, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and much more. All available options are presented to you at product check-out.

what currencies do we use?

International currencies are converted automatically to Euros (€) at check-out or during the final payment stage. Click HERE to convert your national currency into Euros, Dollars, or any other currency.

how long do reimbursements take?

Dependent on your location, reimbursements can take up multiple working days before the amount arrives at your bank account.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

what is the period for returns?

Inkari products need to be returned to us, clean and undamaged, and received within 30 days of your initial order date. For a step-by-step guide, visit our Warranty & Return Policy page.

what are the costs for returning products?

Return orders within the Netherlands are reimbursed for the total purchase price of your order returned after receiving the return package in good order.

International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees, taxes, or other costs that arise from returning the product to us.

what about exchanges?

If you’d like to exchange something for a different size or color, or just get something completely different all together, we’ll pay for the shipping on the new order. Costs that arise from returning the product to us are the customer’s responsibility. Contact the Customer Service at support@inkari-alpaca.com or social media platforms for help regarding exchanges.

what wool is used for the alpaca toy?

All Inkari Alpaca products are produced consciously and in an animal-friendly manner. To prevent precious natural resources from going to waste, the alpacas are used entirely.
