We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and
enjoyable as possible. If this is not the case, we accept returns and or exchanges within 30 days of clean, undamaged products for a full refund.

Shipping costs that occur when returning the product to us are at own expense. Products need to be returned and received by us within
30 days of your order date.

Follow the steps down below for a swift return or exchange.

how does it work?

1. CONTACT SUPPORT

Get in touch with our Support team and state your order number, full name, and reason for return. After confirmation from Support, add this information to the package and send the product return with
sufficient postage to the following address:

2. SHIP ITEMS

Return the item back to our warehouse and request a shipment confirmation. Allow both parties to track the shipment online with a track and trace code. When problems with shipping occur, contact your local postal carrier service and INKARI Support.

Products must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging with original labeling. Ultimately, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the goods are deemed to have been used neglectfully or damaged. 

3. PROCESSING RETURN

Upon receiving the return package in good order and passing our quality control check, INKARI reimburses your total purchase price of the goods returned. Allow for at least two weeks to process your return and reimbursement.

Exchanging a product?

INKARI handpicks the desired product and sends out a new parcel towards you. The shipping costs that arise from sending the new product are covered by INKARI.
